Refunds & Returns

Return Policy updated 30 July, 2024

REFUNDS
Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date provided it is unused and in perfect resaleable condition. Return postage must be paid for by the sender. Unless the product is faulty, if we deem the Guide used or unsaleable then no refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the cost of returning an item back to Colby Wines.
